science class the week of 3- 2

he started to talk about physics this week. we learned about how to tell if something is moving and if it is really moving compared to other objects. for example, a box might be stationary for me standing in front of it but to a fly that could have flown by the box appeared to be going backwards as it flies the opposite direction. also, there were about 5 pictures of a ball that was traveling at a constant rate to the right. the pictures were each one second apart and each picture the ball was one centimeter apart. that shows that the ball was moving at a constant speed from left to right.
